Agreement booking and stay
Prices are in Euros with the total and exclusive availability of both 2 Villas, with the Garden, and with a maximum of 9 beds. The minimum stay is seven days from Saturday to Saturday. We are open from April to October each year.
Reservations must be made at least one week before arrival.
Check-in is on Saturdays after 4pm
Check-out is on Saturday before 10:00
The check-out is always in Saturday morning.

Services included for you
Swimming - Two villas with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms - Barbecue - Garden - parking and reserved
Water - Electricity - Final cleaning - Bed linen and towels
Weekly linen - bed or cot for small children.
Gas for heating is payable 5.00 euros per cubic meter. The counter reading will be carried out on arrival and departure.
Check-in / Check-out - Reservation
Reservations must be made at least one week before arrival.
Check-in is on Saturday after 4pm
Check- out is on saturday by 10am
Check out is always on saturday morning.
Payment:
At the time of booking, it is necessary to pay at least 30% of the total amount as a deposit / down payment by bank transfer: the details will be sent by our booking office at the time of booking. The rest must be paid one week before arrival. Your reservation will be fully valid when we receive the deposit.
The default payment method is bank transfer.
Rules Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 90 days from the arrival date or no-shows will result in the loss of the full amount of the deposit / deposit (i.e. 30% of the total). To cancel your reservation, send us an email with your name and booking details to

Bail:
It is required upon payment in cash of 800 euros as a security deposit. The amount will be returned at check-out after an inspection.

Pets
We accept dogs. However, animals cannot be left unattended even outdoors, they cannot jump into the pool, they must be accompanied by the owner, who assumes responsibility. They can't swim in the pool
Any damage of the animals will be deducted from the deposit. For each of your pet the price is Euro 30,00 a week
